Project objective
To position Max Trombly as THE industry leader in mens work & relational work in North America.
To capture a huge library of lifestyle & b-roll footage to scale short form video content on social media.
To generate brand awareness and sell out 2027 Mens Program at over 120 men.
To communicate the brand vision of where Max is taking the field of mens work over the next 10 years.
MOOD BOARD

Creative Direction (Mood boarding, location planning, shot list, schedule, etc)
3 days of film production in Squamish, BC, Canada
Deliverables:
Hero cinematic brand film for website (2 mins)
50x Edited Vertical Social Media Reels (using both new broll + Robbies footage from past 2 retreats). 30-60 seconds per video ready to post.
Rights + access to all raw footage
Investment: $10k
The intention here is to start the process of collecting media that can be used over the next few years. Each time we shoot we add to the library of broll so we eventually have thousands of clips to pull from for social media.
Phase 1: Squamish Summer Shoot + Repurposing Robbies footage
Phase 2: Louisiana Winter Shoot (Nov 2026)
GOAL: SELL OUT MENS PROGRAM.
Phase 3: Film at all events in 2027 + monthly social media editing
