Area’s of weakness:
Brand Marketing:
Brand message is unclear on the website and social media as to what Sunshine Valley Living is and what it offers.
Is this an AirBnb? Can I buy land? How does it work? Customers are asking these questions and potentially bouncing off the website before reaching out.
There are 2 different websites and social media pages. These need to be consolidated into 1 website and social media.
Lots of stock imagery, versus real images actually shot on location.
No company brand story video educating buyers on what the vision is, why it’s valuable, and how people can get involved.
Not utilizing video on social media for organic and paid customer reach.
Customer Experience:
No clear flow to the sales process (part of the issue will be solved above with better messaging and call to actions on the website). It is clear to you, but customers aren’t fully understanding how to take action.
Sales tours are time intensive. A sales tour video is more scalable and will cut down on the in person show time by having the client watch a walk through video first that outlines all of the important information.
Once customer buys land, they don’t know what to do next. Trades directory is unclear. Having the customers onboarded to a client portal where they can be guided through the next steps is critical. Utilities invoicing can happen in this portal as well so customers can pay directly with a card, rather than e-transferring bookkeeper.
Educational videos and resources inside the portal to help guide the customers along the process.
Trades Advertising:
There is an opportunity to charge trades for being a part of the client portal directory. Seeing this as an advertising opportunity for the trades. This could help offset some of the cost of setting this up and the monthly portal software fees. Example: 50 trades @ $300/MO = $15k/MO recurring revenue.

Brand story video social media ad captures the lead > client watch a sale’s tour video (presell the client) > client book on site sales tour > client secures a plot of land > gets on-boarded to a client portal with educational videos on next steps > gains access to a trades directory > client builds home > client can pay utility bills/invoices through portal once home is built.
